The Beach Club

This is where we breakfast, lunch and dinner practically on the beach and the décor is provided by the ocean and the changing light, gentle long shadows in the morning, an oasis on a sweltering afternoon, a full on backdrop of a tropical drama, with the suns leftover shades of bronze, and orange, an inky sea reflecting silver moonlight, and breezes bringing news of the flowers and foliage. It’s a space to dream, have comfort food or delicate St Lucian flavors, to taste our cocktails.

This where everyone meets, it's the focal point of the resort and a good place to start and end the day.

Here there's an informal atmosphere, and informality is reflected in the food as guests can choose a 3 course dinner or choose a light bite. Fresh is the key and all our meat, fish, vegetables, herbs and spices are chosen with care by kitchen professionals who excel in making mouths water.

Lounging in a comfortable chair, sipping Caribbean Rum Punch or adding sophistication with canapes and Champagne Cocktails at sundown -isn't that what a Caribbean vacation is all about? At the Beach Club you can have it all.......
