Our dining options cater to diverse tastes: Callaloo Beach Bar and Grill showcases Caribbean cuisine inspired by local flavors, Suru specializes in Asian-inspired dishes, and the Beach Club presents Mediterranean delicacies with themed nights. All meals are available all-inclusive*, à la carte, or prepared by a private chef, using organic vegetables and the freshest catch. Our signature bars enhance the experience with fresh, locally grown herbs and the most vibrant island spirits. Morning, noon, or night, you’ll find something distinctive to savor.

Part of our popular Teens Program, cooking classes are available for all ages (adults included!). For your group of eight people or more, this 90-minute, hands-on class will build foundational skills—with delicious results.
